COVID-19 Policies

What to expect the day of your appointment:



  • By Appointment ONLY.  Consultations by Video or Curbside ONLY.   Curbside Pick-Up.  NO WALK IN SERVICES!

  • We have implemented a locked door policy.  Doors will remain LOCKED.  Please call or text the number advertised on our front door to advise you are here for your appointment from the safety of your vehicle and we will unlock the door for you to come in. No customer may wait in our lobby area.  


  • Your temperature WILL be taken before you are allowed entry.  If your temperature is greater than 100°, we will have to ask you to leave & help you reschedule via phone or email.


  • Do NOT enter if you are sick, have been sick, or have been around anyone who has been sick with COVID-19 symptoms or otherwise; or have traveled via plane, cruise line, train or intercity bus in the past 14 days, please contact the studio to reschedule your appointment. Your deposit will still be honored.


  • Please arrive ALONE.  No EXTRA GUESTS!  ONLY those receiving services will be allowed entry.

  • Please only bring essential items with you to your appointment.  It is recommended that you eat prior to your arrival, no food will be allowed and only non-alcoholic beverages consumed in the lobby area.


  • Face Masks or Coverings are REQUIRED for all employees/customers and must be worn properly with both mouth and nose completely covered at all times. We have options available for purchase if you do not have your own or forgotten to bring one with you.  Inappropriate face coverings would include: bandanas, single layer neck gaiters, face shields, goggles, scarves, ski masks, balaclavas, shirt or sweater collars pulled up over mouth/nose, or masks with slits, exhalation valves, or punctures.

  • Face Masks or Coverings are still required even if you feel you are exempt from wearing one, regardless of the reason; including but not limited to medical reasons or vaccination.  We would be happy to reschedule your appointment to a later date when these precautions are no longer necessary to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.


  • We will ask you to use hand sanitizer immediately upon entering


  • You will be required to complete our COVID-19 Informed Consent/Release Form before services will be provided.  If you don't feel comfortable answering the questionnaire, that is okay.  We just ask that you let us know & we will reschedule your appointment to a later date.


  • Everyone is expected to practice SOCIAL DISTANCING (6 ft or more from others) wherever possible.  Please be courteous of others and wait your turn.

  • A deposit will be required for all tattoo & piercing appointments to commission services with your artist/piercer subject to our normal deposit policy. The deposit will be applied towards your tattoo or piercing the day of services. All video and curbside consultations are free.


  • All Sales are FINAL.  No returns, refunds or exchanges including custom orders.  Please see our Policies, Terms and Conditions page for more details.  


  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.  Policies are subject to change without notice.
