Hello everyone!

My name’s Ana, I use They/Them or all pronouns, and I’m a 21 year old tattoo artist. My parents run and own a tattoo shop in La Crosse WI, so I’ve always been around and in love with tattoos. I started preparing tattoo designs for my father before I was even 15, and at 15 I earned myself a spot as desk help. At 18 I began properly learning how to tattoo and by 20 I had become somewhat of a manager for the shop. Early influences for my art style were the covers of the Magic Tree House books, Lisa Frank school-folders, and 2000-2010 tattoo magazines. I’ve always been obsessed with creating characters and using vivid colors to bring pieces to life. I love experimenting with neo-traditional and cartoonish designs and colors, and my favorite subject to draw will always be Flora & Fauna; any piece having to do with animals or nature gets my creative juices pumping. As far as art outside of Tattooing my favorite mediums are colored pencil, acrylic paint, and any kind of hands-on craft (crochet and knitting, pottery and sculpting, trash crafting, etc.). So you could say I like to keep myself artistically busy. I’m so excited to be here in the Madison area and to meet all of you lovely new people.
